Your First Visit
Most people begin care in our office with a checkup and clean, which is a one-hour visit with the dentist. The moment you walk through our doors, our friendly front desk team will greet you and help you with any necessary paperwork. Then we’ll take you through to the dental room.
Your dentist will talk with you about your health and any concerns you may have regarding your teeth. Then, they’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your mouth, teeth and gums, as well as an oral cancer screening. In most cases, they will take X-rays of the teeth and jaw and digital intraoral photos, and they may take a digital scan of your teeth.
Based on this comprehensive exam, your dentist will explain any issues they detected and any recommended treatment going forward. They’ll help you understand the various treatment options and costs for each.
Payment Options
We are a preferred provider for BUPA, NIB, HBF and Medibank, and we accept DVA and the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. We offer HICAPS processing for all private health funds. You may also use interest-free payment options, such as Humm or Afterpay.
For patients with private health funds, the out-of-pocket expense for the initial consult is capped at $199. For patients without private health funds, the initial exam is capped at $249; with the clean, it’s capped at $399.
