New Patients at Kinross Drive Dental

We look forward to welcoming you to Kinross Drive Dental! Whether you’re coming in for a checkup and clean, or consulting about a major smile makeover, our team is committed to making you feel comfortable and at home while you’re with us.

Your First Visit

Most people begin care in our office with a checkup and clean, which is a one-hour visit with the dentist. The moment you walk through our doors, our friendly front desk team will greet you and help you with any necessary paperwork. Then we’ll take you through to the dental room.

Your dentist will talk with you about your health and any concerns you may have regarding your teeth. Then, they’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your mouth, teeth and gums, as well as an oral cancer screening. In most cases, they will take X-rays of the teeth and jaw and digital intraoral photos, and they may take a digital scan of your teeth.

Based on this comprehensive exam, your dentist will explain any issues they detected and any recommended treatment going forward. They’ll help you understand the various treatment options and costs for each.

Your teeth cleaning will be done using the EMS Airflow™ system, which is the gold standard in modern, state-of-the-art cleaning. Utilising the latest Swiss technology, EMS Airflow provides the most effective and comfortable cleaning experience available. Before you leave, our team will schedule you for any follow-up services necessary.
